What can be returned?

You can return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Pondon Aquarium for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Exceptions:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Some specific categories of products may have different return policies. Please refer to the product page for details.

How to return an item:

  1. Visit “Your Orders” on your Amazon account.
  2. Locate the Pondon Aquarium order you want to return.
  3. Click on “Return or Replace Items.”
  4. Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for your return.
  5. Choose your preferred return method (print a return label or schedule a pickup).
  6. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).
  7. Attach the prepaid return label to the package.
  8. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location or wait for the scheduled pickup.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
